The Asia Gardens Hotel is adjacent to two magnificent golf courses, which can be reached in just 3 minutes by car. Both are 18-hole courses: Villaitana Levante and Poniente (East and West), and they have been designed and supervised by Jack Nicklaus (regarded by many as the greatest golfer of all time).

VILLAJOYOSA BEACHES

La Caleta: 1.6 km in length, between cliffs, difficult to access, protected Natural Reserve area, stones, calm waters, access on foot, sun shades/sun loungers, boat hire. Blue Flag.

Cala Mallaeta: 210 metres in length, secluded beach, lush vegetation, rocks and stones, moderate waves, access on foot. Blue Flag.

CALPE BEACHES

Cala del Peñal: located on the North face of the Ifach Rock (Ifach Rock Natural Park), 100 metres in length, secluded beach, unspoilt, lush vegetation, rocks, moderate waves.
Cala de les Bassetes: 120 metres in length, lush vegetation, rocks.

MORAIG BEACH

BOAT +

Plan a boat trip and enjoy the sea. Sail across Altea Bay, its coves and the Sierra Helada Natural Park.

Departure from the port of Altea. Sailing with various stops in hidden coves where you can snorkel or enjoy a swim and the tranquillity of the sea. Check with PR in the hotel to plan your trip.

HORSE TREKKING +

This trip gives you the chance to get to know the Costa Blanca inland area on horseback There are horses for both beginners and advanced riders. The routes last an hour and are over forest trails through pine woods. This is a whole day's activity and riders get to explore much of the area. One hour: route in the Benidorm area, groups of up to 8 horses, quiet route, no experience required. Equipment you should bring: long trousers, closed shoes or trainers.

JEEP TRIPS +

JEEP SAFARI (4X4 TRAIL)

A day of fun and adventure on a jeep trail through the Costa Blanca's lush natural landscape. A spectacular route over mountain paths takes you up to a height of more than 1000 metres to see forgotten mountain villages, gorges over 300 metres deep and an oasis of fountains and waterfalls. Drive a Suzuki 4x4 yourself or ride as a passenger. Includes entrance to the "Algar Falls". You will need a driving licence and a jacket or jumper in spring.

AITANA SAFARI (4X4 TRAIL)

This half-day adventure trip takes you to the places of most sightseeing interest, taking in some of the region's most spectacular views. Eight-seater Santana Aníbal 4x4 vehicles (with a sun roof, although a canvas hood can be attached) driven by driver/guides make for an unforgettable experience. The route is over mountain forest tracks, visiting villages that are only accessible by 4x4. The route lasts 4 hours.
