At Asia Gardens Hotel & Thai Spa our top priority is the health, safety and wellness of our guests and employees.

Now more than ever, due to the constantly evolving COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation, ensuring a unique experience for our guests is key. That is why we are committed to following the guidance issued by the Ministry of Health and the recommendations of leading health experts around the world, including the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

Is it safe to stay at Asia Gardens? +

Asia Gardens is a private resort. Therefore, we have full control over who is allowed to access our premises.

Is Asia Gardens open? +

Asia Gardens reopened its doors on June 26, 2020.

What steps are you taking against COVID-19? +

Our prevention and protection plan includes an integral hotel-wide sanitizing programme using enhanced protocols, a screening and awareness programme for guests and employees, enforcing social distancing requirements in communal areas and group activities, and certified training for our entire Asia Gardens team. These guidelines are public and available to all our guests here.

Who assumes the cost in case of having to extend the stay because of quarantine requirements? +

In the event that you are a suspected or a positive case of Covid19, or have been a direct contact of another positive case of Covid19, all the expenses derived from the prolongation of your stay, the need for additional rooms, the extension of the contracted board basis or special transport needs that you may have, will be at your expense unless you have contracted an insurance for yourself or third parties to cover these risks and their derived expenses, in which case the cost incurred for reimbursement may be derived from that insurance.

What is your cancellation policy? +

We aim to be as flexible as possible. That is why we have updated our payment and cancellation policy for new bookings. This means that guests may now book for a later date and receive up to 20% off, no advance payment required. Bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior arrival depending on rate type.

What should I do if I start feeling unwell during my stay at the hotel? +

If you develop any COVID-19 symptoms (runny nose, fever, dry cough, or other flu-like symptoms) during your stay with us, inform Management immediately so that proper assistance can be arranged for you.

Who should I contact to learn more about the health and hygiene protocol in place? +

Is the Thai Spa open? +

Our Thai Spa is open following a strict health and hygiene protocol, including deep cleaning, sanitizing procedures, and hygiene controls, both in the relaxation area and the massage cabins, Asia Gardens guests will be able to enjoy the wisdom and tradition of our Thai Spa in a calm and peaceful environment, and experience unforgettable sensations

Will Wellness activities be offered? +

Wellness activities service still available in smaller groups and sessions conducted outdoors. For availability and private session rates, please contact us at spa@asiagardens.es

Is the Mini Club open? +

Asia Garden’s Mini Club is available. In addition to thoroughly disinfecting our premises daily, our leisure and entertainment programmes have been adjusted accordingly. Outdoor recreational activities will be promoted in order to meet safety, hygiene, and social distancing rules. All activities for children will start off with hygiene and self-protection sessions, including age-appropriate messages and posters, as an awareness measure. Prior registration will be required to ensure a safe number of participants.

Is the buffet open? +

Our food service has been adapted to new concepts guaranteeing the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees (attended stations) by streamlining the flow of buffet traffic and reducing food handling

Is the use of masks required? +

Using a mask is mandatory across the Comunidad Valenciana region for all people over 6 years of age, except at beaches, swimming pools and nature sites, including if a safe distance can be kept. Thank you for your cooperation in contributing to everyone’s safety

How do I get to Asia Gardens? +

Asia Gardens provides its guests with a shuttle service in spacious luxury cars for a complete Asian experience. Private transfers with complimentary Wi-Fi, water, hand sanitizer, and face mask. A luggage cleaning and disinfecting service is also available on arrival before your suitcases are sent to your room.
